A Cape Cod Dream on the Water at Oregon Yacht Club

We built this Cape Cod-style floating home to be a sanctuary of elegance and craftsmanship, designed with the lifestyle of a true sailor in mind. From the water up, our goal was to capture that classic Cape Cod charm while embracing the beauty and tranquility of life on the river.

Every detail speaks to a sense of refined simplicity—all-white wood tongue-and-groove ceilings and walls create an open, airy feel, setting the stage for a space that’s both timeless and sophisticated. It’s the perfect home for someone who lives and breathes the water, like a world sailing championship competitor (which the owner is). We’re proud of this build and the character it brings to the Oregon Yacht Club. It’s not just a floating home—it’s an experience of elegance and craftsmanship, built for a life well-lived on the river.
