History
Even Construction’s success has been based on one thing — excellent customer service.
Growing up with a father as a Residential Building Contractor, Marc Even got his first taste of the construction industry at an early age. Years later, he graduated high school in 1976, followed by a year of college, while obtaining work experience in rough framing and finish carpentry.
He was a General Contractor in Southern California from 1982-1995 in Residential and Commercial construction. From 1985-1991, he served as a Foreman for a commercial contracting company, EB&H Construction, specializing in tenant improvements, remodeling and land development. Marc moved to Portland, Oregon and started building Floating Homes in 1995.
Marc’s team consists of experienced builders that have been with Even Construction for a number of years – this consistency creates a cohesive, collaborative atmosphere where projects proceed as efficiently as possible and potential issues are identified before they happen.
Our success has been based on one thing — excellent customer service. Even Construction takes care of their customers, not just during construction but long after the home is built.
