Services
Floating Homes
Even Construction has been building floating homes in the Pacific Northwest for over 16 years, which includes over 40 new custom homes and numerous remodeling projects. We have a building site in St. Helens that has floating barges, tug boats, cranes, work shops and a storage facility. We offer two kinds of foundations – one being the traditional log and steel stringer float, the other is our concrete float, which is constructed on land and launched when completed. These floats are engineered specifically for the home that will be built on them.
Land Homes
We started building homes in California in 1984. Marc built numerous custom homes along side his father and brother. In 1997, he and his wife decided to move to the Pacific Northwest to raise a family and continue on in the building industry. Marc has been lucky enough to have built some beautiful custom land homes. The fun challenge has been taking a large piece of property, with nothing on it, and within a year, having built the structure, roads, wells, utilities, septic systems, and landscaping to finally bring reality to someone’s dream come true.
Remodels
Even Construction offers full service residential remodeling. We work very closely with numerous architects, designers and especially, the homeowner. We know the importance of not only building what the client desires but keeping an open line of communication, assuring the smallest details are followed. Most importantly, we strive to bring the project in on budget. If we have done our job, we have a customer for life that is talking with friends and passing on our company name.
