About this Project

This home had been in the mind of the owner since she was a kid living on the river in the same moorage thirty years prior.

The Holtz’s raised there family, kids went to college and they decided to go back where Kelly lived as a teenager.

This custom home along with a guest tender house is everything they wanted. It has a open first floor plan, large kitchen and great room, with a den/guest bedroom off the main room. Kelly’s craft room/office is also on the first floor. The second floor is basically all master bedroom/laundry and closet. The master bedroom enjoys the views of the Willamette river and all of downtown Portland.
