Designed and built specifically for the inside end-corner location at Dikeside Moorage Slip 30, this custom floating home was thoughtfully crafted to maximize covered outdoor living and sweeping downriver views. From the great room and kitchen to the primary suite and guest spaces, the home was designed around its connection to the water, with nearly every major living area positioned to capture full downriver views while still enjoying the privacy and serenity typically found in an inside slip location.

The home features beautiful custom finishes throughout, including tongue-and-groove ceilings in the great room and kitchen, custom cabinetry, custom-selected finishes and color tones, a walk-in tile shower in the primary suite, and a gas tankless water heater. Multiple covered outdoor living spaces extend directly off the main living areas, while the private waterproof balcony off the primary suite offers a front-row seat to one of the best downriver views found in any floating home on the river.

Originally started as a spec build by Even Construction, the home was purchased midway through construction, giving the owners the unique opportunity to personalize finishes and colors without enduring the full custom-build process from start to finish.
