About this Project

This very large remodel project included gutting the entire home. The home initially had structural problems and wood rot.

We completely renovated the home, top to bottom, with a beautiful interior of Brazilian cherry flooring with concrete fireplace surrounds. The third story deck has all custom tile showers.

The exterior is hardi-plank siding with ‘Ipe’ accents on the dockside of the home.
