This large, three-story floating home includes a boat garage, beautiful ‘Sepele’ cabinets, granite, high-end appliances, and a lighting system with electric shades.

The home also includes a double volume, traditional curved hardwood staircase, a round turret with an exercise room, sauna, and a steam shower…an all around fun house.

The exterior has copper accents with cedar and shake siding.
