A Modern Riverfront Retreat at Jantzen Beach Moorage

We designed and built this contemporary floating home at Jantzen Beach Moorage to embody both durability and the spirit of river living. Thoughtfully envisioned by fellow JBMI resident architect Leo Smith, the home was crafted as a long-lasting rental property while still offering a warm and inviting lifestyle on the water.

Every detail reflects a balance of strength and design, from the striking all-metal siding in horizontal and vertical patterns, accented with rustic touches, to the reverse-living floor plan that frames expansive river views. Spanning over 2,000 square feet with three bedrooms, two full baths, and two powder rooms, the project included three floats: a tender float, the main float, and a swim float with a three-seasons room with garage door that opens directly to the river.

We’re proud of the craftsmanship and creativity this project represents, and we’re happy to bring a top-tier project to JBMI, showcasing why our floating homes stand alone from anyone else’s on the river.
