About this Project

This is a custom floating home (~1950 sf) and tender/guest house (~400 sf) for Kim DeMent. Both main house and tender were designed and built to reflect Kim’s unique vision for a nautical/boat theme. The tender is a perfect example of how a very small space can be beautiful and functional, particularly when custom design and materials are used. The construction was a collaboration between Even Construction and ESCM, Inc.
