This unique project known as “Green Home & Tender” was designed by Studio Hamlet Architects and is just one of many custom “floating home” projects that Even Construction has built. Here is the description of the building from Marc Even, the construction contractor for the project: “Both main and guest homes are built on state of the art concrete floats with concrete planters and built-in concrete accent walls. The balance of their homes were requested to be kept very simple, utilizing a mix of commercial/industrial with rough sawn reverse board and bat siding to give the home a country feel.
